Appartamento situato in una villa a due livelli in un bellissimo condominio molto tranquillo e residenziale, a soli 5 minuti dalla Maddalena Spiaggia e a 10 minuti dalle piu' belle spiaggie della Sardegna nella zona di Pula, Santa Margherita, Chia. Siamo inoltre vicino anche al centro storico di Cagliari, dove si trovano tutti i monumenti storici e il bellissimo porto di Cagliari,le vie dello shopping, bar , ristoranti , pizzerie, e tutte le altre attrazioni che caratterizzano la città'.

Il mare e' a soli 5 minuti da casa perché vicino si trova la Maddalena Spiaggia molto organizzata con spiaggia pubblica e privata con Baretti, ma con solo 10/15 minuti di macchina o con l'utilizzo dei bus pubblici si può arrivare nelle spiagge più belle della Sardegna come Nora a Pula, Santa Margherita ,Chia , Tueredda e tantissime altre. Ci troviamo vicino al centro di Cagliari a soli 10 minuti di macchina e 15/20 minuti in bus.Nella zona porto possiamo ammirare le zone più belle di Cagliari dove troviamo il centro storico con le varie vie dello shopping con intorno tantissimi pub ,pizzerie ristoranti.
Tutto è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici o con propia auto in 10 minuti.
Si consiglia per visitare meglio la città , e le coste più belle della Sardegna senza essere vincolati con i mezzi,il noleggio di un auto per essere molto più autonomi e indipendenti.
