Asfodeli House is located in Cagliari just 10 minutes from the center, using public transport.
The apartment welcomes us with a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, where there is a French door to access the balcony overlooking the main street.
Continuing through the large hallway that takes us to the sleeping area, we find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with shower, air-conditioned structure and with wifi connection.
Asfodeli House welcomes us with a living area well finished in every detail with a TV corner and a very comfortable sofa bed, there is also a large, fully equipped kitchen, where there is a French door to access the balcony overlooking the main street.

The property boasts three different exposures, a quality that makes it bright and airy throughout the day.
The house is equipped with air conditioners in all three double bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned by hot/cold split, the domestic water heating takes place via a heater.
Developing in the central area, Asfodeli House is particularly well served by public transport to get to the center of Cagliari, having a stop outside the house.

With this accommodation, your family will be close to all the services to get around even without a car if you stay in Cagliari. If you want to visit the beautiful coasts of our island it is mandatory to have a car.
Access for guests
They will have access to the entire facility.
The house has two entrances, the first in Via Asfodelo 54 where there is the courtyard and free parking space, the other in Via Del Canneto 53/A where the line 1 bus passes.
In Via Del Canneto 53 you will find the pizzeria La mitica, Via Del Canneto 35,
the tobacconist to buy bus tickets (Via Del Canneto 1),
the Playcar Car Sharing Service Station (via Del Canneto 29).
Other things to keep in mind
It is easy to find parking, free of charge, in the immediate vicinity of the house, but there is also private parking in the courtyard of the house. If you decide not to rent a car, the bus (Line 1) leaves near home, in Via Flavio Gioia, which takes you to the city center (Via Roma, Piazza Yenne) and brings you back right under the house, in Via Del Canneto.
The bus service is efficient! You can buy tickets every day, except Sunday, in the tobacco shop in Via Del Canneto 1.
