ALMAr Holiday House is a terraced house in the Marina di Capitana area next to the small port of Capitana in the Costa degli Angeli area.
The structure is on the ground floor and has an entrance garden with barbecue, table and chairs; covered patio, dining room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with shower, veranda with covered laundry and drying room.
The area is residential, very quiet and safe, ideal for a couple; there are the main services easily reachable on foot: supermarket, bar, tobacconist, ice cream shop, bus stop with direct connections to Quartu Sant'Elena and the center of Cagliari, with its city beach "Il Poetto", the port and the train and bus station.
